KDG worked with the developer, Emerald Corporation, to create a master plan for the spectacular new community, which will accommodate 1,200-1,500 residents across 57 acres.
The masterplan plan includes a comprehensive land-use plan with parks a community center, sports grounds and daycare facilities, 188 townhouses, 66 duplexes, and 83 single-family homes.
KDG developed architectural character plans and 3D models to illustrate the project's varied land uses and all types of buildings .
