This commercial condominium was commissioned by a long-term client as an organic addition to the North Springbank Business Park. KDG and its sub-consultants came up with the concept, evaluated and reviewed requirements, and summarized the project for client review and approval.
The proposed complex consists of four buildings with 28 commercial units, totalling 87,000 sq. ft., to be constructed in two phases. The buildings are designed for a wide spectrum of compatible businesses and affiliated uses.
Units range from 1,500 to 2,800 sq. ft., each with a two-level office area in the front and warehouse/production space in the back. Visitor and service parking has been landscaped.
