South West Bulk was started in Calgary, AB in 2006 as a family-owned and operated dry bulk hauling company, managing just two trucks and two trailers. Since 2006 South Bulk has grown into one of Western Canada’s largest dry bulk hauling companies with multiple locations in both Alberta and British Columbia.

KDG was offered to design the Company headquarters in Rocky View, AB. The new project comprises of two-story office building, a maintenance facility, and a huge outdoor truck storage for over 100 trucks.
